PROS Recognized as a Healthy Workplace

PROS, Inc. is a leading provider of SaaS solutions that optimize omnichannel shopping and selling experiences, powering intelligent commerce.

PROS is proud to be selected as a bronze level recipient of Cigna’s Healthy Workforce Designation for our strong commitment to improving the health and wellbeing of our employees through workplace wellness programs. And we couldn’t have done this without our incredible colleagues’ support!

The Cigna Healthy Workforce Designation evaluates organizations based on the core components of their wellbeing program, including leadership and culture, program foundations, program execution and whole person health. Organizations recognized with this designation set the standard of excellence for whole-organization health.

“This recognition is possible because our employees are empowered to take ownership of their wellbeing and are supported by leaders and workplace wellness programs,” said Nikki Brewer, PROS Chief People Officer. “We understand the value and important role wellbeing plays in a company’s success, and when we’re at our best, we’re better positioned to deliver on our mission to help people and companies outperform.”

Our PROS Wellbeing Innovation Team, a passionate employee-led group committed to helping our people balance their work and personal lives, plan and promote a wide range of workplace wellness initiatives to prioritize wellbeing year-end. From money check-up challenges and 31 days of mental mind breaks to global fitness challenges and weekly wellbeing tips, they help support our wellbeing pillars of physical, emotional, social, financial, and career wellbeing.

Our Recharge Days, company-wide mental health holidays to disconnect, and Work Well Wednesdays, a ‘quiet day’ to help employees prioritize focused work, help our people prioritize wellbeing and personal growth to foster a supportive culture that celebrates unplugging and taking time away.

In our offices, we offer a wide range of activities and benefits from free healthy snack options and standing desks to on-site or low to no-cost fitness facilities. And these are just to name a few.

In addition to being recognized as a Healthy Workforce, PROS is thrilled to be recognized as a 2021-22 Great Place to Work® and named as one of Fortune’s Best Workplaces in Texas™, People 100 Companies That Care, and a Most Loved Workplace®.

We’re proud of our people and culture and are always looking for talented people to join our team!
