I’m Lasanka Dias. I’m from Sri Lanka Airlines.

I’m the manager of revenue management. Heading the RM team for systems at the moment. We are using, PROS version six, which is a legacy based version. But we are in the process of migrating to PROS RMA, which is an O&D based futuristic solution.

The main challenges we’ve been having are the, you know, with the pandemic, the changes in demand and the trends in the market. So it’s been a very, challenging time for airlines and for us as well because our market dynamics have switched significantly.

So pros has been instrumental in helping us and guiding us through this journey. So, the optimization, solutions, the forecasting has been instrumental in recalibrating our markets. So we’re hoping to take that forward as well.
