She’ll provide insights into the digital transformation projects at Essity and provide advice on how to avoid some of the common pitfalls when facing a digital transformation project for a global business. Lastly, she’ll discuss Essity’s latest initiative with PROS Smart CPQ and the results they are seeing internally and driving externally with their buyers.

About the Speaker

Debbie Wiggins joined Essity in 1999 and has held various positions within Finance, Marketing, Service & Logistics in both B2C and B2B. Wiggins joined the Business Development function for Professional Hygiene in 2012 when she became European CRM Manager and later took the position of Business Systems Director in 2018. As Business Systems Director, she’s responsible for commercial enablement across the business unit which covers Europe, RMEIA (Russia, Middle East, India and Africa) and North America.

Through her many roles, Wiggins has been involved in many process re-engineering and digital transformation projects. More recently, her role has been aimed at harmonizing Essity core business processes and systems throughout Professional Hygiene, where they embarked on their journey with CPQ.
