Tell us about your journey to PROS.
Funnily enough, my journey to PROS began when I was just five years old. I have fond memories of attending PROS family events with my dad at Pangea (shout-out to our old office!), including making a Build-A-Bear right in the office.
After graduating from the University of Texas, I was eager to create my own career path. However, my father ultimately encouraged me to give PROS a chance, and I’m so glad I did! I genuinely believe that PROS fosters an amazing culture among its people and it’s one of the many reasons that I love working here!
What do you enjoy most about working at PROS?
I enjoy the opportunity to collaborate with incredibly talented individuals, both within PROS and among our customers. I also love traveling to our customers' headquarters and seeing our platform in action firsthand.
Tell us about a cool project you are working on.
I recently worked on a go-live for PROS Price Management and Optimization. I helped support the implementation and rollout, making sure the solution was tailored to their needs and set up for success. It was really exciting to see their teams start using AI-driven pricing in real time, streamlining workflows and boosting profitability. Being part of such a big transformation for a major industry leader was incredibly rewarding!
What are you a PRO at?
I began my journey at PROS in Professional Services, where I built a strong foundation in our Pricing Optimization offerings. With a solid understanding of optimization software, I’ve had the opportunity to pitch our latest Neural Network, an effort that ultimately led to an expansion. One of my strengths is my deep understanding of our B2B Platform offerings. My colleagues often rely on my expertise when they have questions about specific customer use cases or need help understanding the role of each module within the platform.
Outside of PROS, I spend a lot of time on the Texas coast, where I enjoy fishing. My wife and I love the great outdoors! Whether it's camping, hiking or fishing, any time spent under the sun is a win in my book. I’d consider myself an avid fisherman and love taking others out to experience everything the Texas coast has to offer.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
Begin with the end in mind. Think about what you would like to have or do in the future and measure your actions in such a way that you can see if you are making progress.
