Travelers wouldn’t have it any other way, says Mike Slone, a vice president for travel retail at PROS, a Houston software company. “Expect the perceived value of cleanliness to continue,” he says. “Even though there may be a vaccine, we’ve become accustomed to cleaner hotels, restaurants and flights. Don’t expect that to go away.”
