Hi. My name is Liz Menezes. I’m a product manager at PROS. Today, I’m here with Bea. Bea, let you introduce yourself.
Hi. I’m Beatriz Vergara. I work for GOL Airlines at the eCommerce team.
Bea, you guys were the first customers to, take a step into trying out the Fair Finder agent, our new AI powered air module. Can you tell us a little bit about what made you take that step? What made you make that decision?
Yes.
So I think because every the entire outperform and everything that we have been seeing on the few the last few years is that AI is the future. It’s innovation.
Every company on the market is either growing going forward with AI or looking into it. And at GOL, we have a lot of goals at innovation, and we always want to be taking a step further into the future. We want to be ahead of a competition, and we believe that the best way to do that is to always look into and predict the market to always be ahead. So I think the fare finder is a great way to start.
And what is the way you think that having this module will, transform or improve the user experience on your pages?
So, we basically, with with our data that we have from our customers, we there’s a lot that we can grasp onto, and there’s small group groups of people that go through our pages. Some of them, they are set on what they want. They know what the destination, they know the dates. They just wanna look into it and, oh, if the price is good, let me buy it. And it end of the story. But there are some that they don’t really know what they wanna go or the date that they want to go. They’re just, you know, looking to search and they search, search, search.
And sometimes they it’s not what they’re looking for. It doesn’t call out to them, so they don’t convert. They They just end up losing we just end up losing them. And we believe that with Fair Finder and specifically the recommendation feature that it has, we can gently guide our customers into, oh, here are the options that we have.
You wanted a beach? Here’s what we have in this this particular month, and here are the best deals. I think the combination of that can get this crowd closer to conversion.

What’s one thing you love about it in terms of the user experience or your first impressions as from a user perspective?
Honestly, my first impressions was that I loved it because I am a huge fan of AI. I’ve tested a lot with all the GPTs and a lot of everything that all AIs that are the rage in the market. And I’ve always felt like, oh, when we do it, like, with travel, then if we bring it to airlines too, it’s going to be amazing. It’s going to help us a lot. And with Fair Finder, it was, like, odd by especially the recommendation, which is my favorite, and also the ability to combine it with the with our fares. I think that was amazing. That was a definitely a deal breaker when we decided to acquire Fair Finder.
