Hi. I’m Christian Parrish. I’m a digital analyst for Volaris, your vacations with YA VAS, which is, Volaris Airlines’ new OTA that offers our customers now, whole vacation packages with, flights, hotels, and much more for a better price.
What business challenges did YA VAS face prior to implementing PROS, and what led you to choose our Offer Marketing solution?
We are an OTA that was born from Volaris, which is the number one airline in Mexico. So the expectations were pretty high from day one. Also, we launched on on twenty nineteen, which was a year before the pandemic, with a little budget. So we needed to start awareness and trust in the people, in a very competitive market.
Choosing PROS was a very key decision for us because it gave us the tools to scale efficiently and create this awareness in people and trust in our customers and meet the expectations that we were set from day one from our current company.
How did the flexibility to create unlimited custom pages contribute to your success in launching campaigns with hotel chain partners?
The creation of unlimited custom pages was a whole game changing for us because it allowed us to create a specific landing pages for our, hotel chain partners and create visibility for specific, destinations and key points of interest.
And with this flexibility and customization of widgets, we were able to tail every custom pages for our different hotels and campaigns. So it’s allowed us to meet the every campaign and the goal for for each one of it.
How has this transformation impacted your digital strategy?
Well, implementing, airTRFX was a major changing for our digital strategy because before we didn’t have a we had a limited visibility in non branded keywords, which was very difficult for us, in a very saturated market like travel.
So thanks to air traffic, we’ve been able to scale our SEO efforts in a very quickly and effective way.
And now we’re not only ranking in less, searches, but on but reaching the number one in several searches for destinations and hotels compared to our competitors.
