AI for the People

Artificial Intelligence has provided great benefit and has the potential to do even more. Many AI models use transactions and other data sources to make their predictions and recommendations. However, these models can be missing an important source of valuable data. That source is the human subject matter expert. In this presentation, we’ll explore ways that human experts’ opinions can be used to inform AI models to make even better results. We will highlight frameworks to achieve this and also highlight examples of this in action.
