Air Europa Boosts Group Sales Strategy with PROS GSO Solution

Alicia Juárez:My name is Alicia Juarez. I'm the Groups manager in Air Europa.

Question: What major challenges is PROS Group Sales Optimizer (GSO) solution helping you address?

Alicia Juárez: I think the major challenge as GSO are the multiple policies that it has that permits to customize the group's commercialization. You can define more in detail, all the policies, for example, by point of sale, travel agency or wherever. And also, the pricing is very accurate to give the better offer to the group.

Question: How is PROS GSO helping Air Europa’s sales strategy?

Alicia Juárez: Before implementing the solution, we had all the processes manually, so we have improved with GSO. We see the benefit with the policies because we can redirect the sales of groups, for example, giving better conditions for travel alliances with a good materialization rate.

Question: What is behind the successful partnership of RROS and Air Europa?

Alicia Juárez: I think the success with PROS is because we in Air Europa, we are working with RTDP since some years ago, so we thought that implement a solution with the same supplier, it could be easier to have a successful result.
