Global competition is continuing to intensify, and the market dynamics have become increasingly volatile.
The airline industry is rapidly shifting towards sophisticated and data driven revenue management practices with advanced analytics.
And one persistent challenge that we faced is, managing and controlling o and d, passenger demand patterns with a traditional, like, best revenue management approach.
And with PROS RMA moving into o and d availability, we are now better positioned with the enhanced passenger network revenue, demand forecasting, and decision making capabilities.
PROS RMA, and the entire team has been instrumental in, supporting and guiding us throughout the transition program. In particular, the PROS revenue management, RMA, advanced, forecasting methodologies, including Bayesian and AINML will definitely help us to accurately predict the demand at o and d level. And not to mention the system capability of, modeling passenger demand behavior at full itinerary level is quite impressive in that regard.
The shift has supported us, with the commitment to digital transformation and the strategic growth, enabling us to enhance revenue optimization, improve operational efficiency, and importantly, strengthening the adaptability to maintain the competitive edge in the airline industry.
Implementing PROS RMA aligns with our digital transformation and, adapting to modern AIML based and data driven practices, which actually enabled us to improve internal efficiencies.
So the integration and the automation of, various aspects of revenue management have significantly improved the efficiency, and reducing the reliance on manual processes. So that actually has improved our internal efficiencies with the automation of different different data integrations.
And, if I talk about the detail, graphical interfaces in PROS, that dives deep into different various dimensions has actually improved the analyst decision making capabilities as well.
Incorporating AIML based cutting edge, technology into our system is a key pillar in our digital transformation strategy.
There are advancements that unlock new revenue opportunities, pricing initiatives, efficient resource allocation, improve route performance, and optimize pricing decisions.
PROS RMA is fully integrated with our availability management system and thereby the interactive distribution of revenue managed availability across all channels, including direct and indirect.
The GDSs, the website, and all that, we’re expecting a growth in the number and the revenue through these channels.
So we implemented the full o and d availability in October last year, and we are working and looking forward to impressive improvements in RASK and forecast accuracy with PROS RMA, advanced data analytics, highlighting its significant role in airlines revenue management transformation.
