Antonia Valente: I'm Antonia Valente. I work at TAP, for 35 years, always on the revenue management theory and recently I'm on the last years as the responsible of the revenue systems management, planning and support. And at the TAP it's a medium airline from Europe and we fly to North America, mainly Brazil and US we have a lot of routeс, and also to Africa and the Europe.

Question: What PROS solutions is TAP Air Portugal using today?

Antonia Valente: So, we are a PROS user for a long time, 25 years, and we have implemented all our revenue management systems solutions. So, we have currently all the products in cloud: RMA, RTDP Advantage, and the GSO Advantage, all the Advantage products.

Question: What major challenges is PROS helping TAP Air Portugal address?

Antonia Valente: PROS has helped us to moving along the years to the more automatized the process in the revenue management. Not only for the individual passengers but also for groups. And so, we had followed all this process together and it was a very important support, our partnership and now that we are the industries moving to the new AI generation, we obviously we need to integrate also this industry evolution and we will move to RTDP Ultimate. So, to the continuous pricing we start working on this and also, we are working on the roadmap for TAP to follow the best practices, and with the final, at a certain point there are always a new step to the order and offer management.

Question: What is behind the successful partnership of RROS and TAP Air Portugal?

Antonia Valente: Apart from the automation, the systems itself, something that I think that it's very important to refer to the top success on the partnership with PROS is the support that PROS has given also to the change management, the business process. Because to implement a tool is not… The tool, the success of it is not only the functionalities of the tool, but mainly from my perspective, the way that users adjust and receive these new functionalities and implement this. And on this case, PROS has been also a very good support with all this change management, sales checks, best practices, business process working.
