Statement on Coronavirus

Dear Customer,

We at PROS care deeply about our customers and we recognize the importance of supporting you through good and challenging times. The Coronavirus outbreak is impacting how we live, work, and communicate with each other.

Our top priority is to ensure the health and safety of our employees so that we can continue to serve our customers. In order to do this, we have moved to a 100% virtual workforce for our employees globally. We have also asked that our employees conduct customer meetings using digital channels rather than traveling to customer locations. We believe these changes are in the best interest of our employees, customers, partners, and the communities in which we live and work.

When businesses face challenges – whether a potential outbreak or a natural disaster – business continuity plans are critical. Be assured that PROS maintains business continuity and disaster recovery plans which are regularly audited by a third party. These plans provide uninterrupted service to our customers through our best-in-class procedures, including redundancy of global systems, people, and processes.

Our continuity plans account for pandemic scenarios and include steps to limit the impact of unavailability of our staff and impact on customer, corporate and cloud infrastructure and services. PROS has implemented the necessary safeguards and redundancies and is ready to execute any additional steps, as required.

It is important to note that our business continuity and disaster recovery plans have been proven over many decades. PROS has faced difficult situations in our history – 9-11, the SARS outbreak, hurricane Harvey. With each situation, we have emerged a stronger company not only because of the plans we had in place, but also because of our caring team and our overriding desire to help our customers, employees, partners, and communities.

Given the widespread impact on the global economy, we are cognizant that most companies are facing disruptions, whether it be to their demand or supply chain.  We stand ready to assist and encourage you to reach out to our team. We are here to support you.
