“Mobile optimization was a top priority,” said Sara. “In just 10 months, our traffic split reversed—proof that we’re meeting users where they are, and how they search.”

“We introduced airModules tailored to miles redemption and developed lighter templates for mobile. Combined with our loyalty strategy, these updates elevated our digital experience and strengthened customer relationships,” Sara said.
