The Customer
The Hyatt Inclusive Collection comprises 10 luxury all-inclusive resort brands catering to various travel styles. With over 100 resorts across Mexico, the Caribbean, Central America, and Europe, it’s one of the world's largest selections of all-inclusive hotels.
The Hyatt Inclusive Collection is renowned for its large variety of family-friendly, adult-only, and boutique wellness options in luxury all-inclusive resorts that offer exceptional experiences for travelers.
HIC has been a PROS partner since the end of 2021, utilizing PROS tools to help them with on-page and off-page offer marketing solutions, to capture demand in their omnichannel strategy.
The Challenge
The major challenge Hyatt Inclusive Collection faced was not including clear rates in their marketing emails, which was leading to a decrease in performance.
HIC was looking to add more dynamic components to their emails to address the issue of low conversion rates, especially across corporate emails.
The Solution
HIC opted in for PROS airWire solution, which enabled them to showcase clear rates in their email campaigns.
The PROS implementation team created a custom-tailored airWire endpoint for the Movable Ink app to serve Hyatt Inclusive Collection’s specific use cases with their email campaigns.
Implementing the airWire tool gave HIC’s marketing team the ability to pull rates from their hotels into the emails.
By partnering with Movable Ink's custom dynamic content application, the team managed to maximize engagement with the emails. With these components working together, they were able to pull in content such as resort name, image, description, starting price, location, and type automatically, thus lowering development time and allowing them to go to market faster.
The Results
After implementing the airWire solution HIC saw positive results almost immediately - they received revenue-attribution ROI within 48 hours of launching campaigns.
Another big benefit of implementing the airWire solution was time-saving. Before utilizing the tool, it took HIC’s marketing team twelve days to prepare a campaign, after the integration of the airWire endpoint this time was shortened to three days.
