PROS Named Best Workplaces in Texas™ Again

Outperforming for the second year in a row, PROS has been named to the Best Workplaces in Texas by Great Place to Work and Fortune magazine. With a ranking of 16 on the list of 50 companies, this award shows PROS commitment to a people-first culture, where 94% of PROS employees said the company is a great place to work, compared to 57% of employees at the average U.S. company.

“When people ask what’s great about PROS, our people are the first thing that comes to mind,” said PROS Chief People Officer Nikki Brewer. “We strive to put our employees first and create an inclusive community where people want to be, where they truly feel valued and can contribute to our larger mission of helping people and companies outperform. It is truly an honor to be recognized by our employees as a Best Workplace in Texas for the second year in a row.”

These are a few highlights that PROS survey respondents said:

  • 97%: When you join the company, you are made to feel welcome.
  • 96%: Management is honest and ethical in its business practices.
  • 95%: Our facilities contribute to a good working environment.
  • 95%: People care about each other here.

The Best Workplaces in Texas list is highly competitive. Great Place to Work, the global authority on workplace culture, selected the list using rigorous analytics and confidential employee feedback collected through America's largest ongoing annual workforce study of over 1 million employee survey responses and data from companies representing more than 6.1 million U.S. employees. Companies were only considered if they are a Great Place to Work-Certified™ organization and headquartered in Texas.
