This interview is important. Not only because Lee Jourdan LOVES live theatre, but because he’s one of PROS’ board members and biggest champions. Who better to discuss PROS strategy and evolution? One of my favorite parts of this interview with Lee is his description of PROS’ four generations of maturity. I like the picture it paints of how PROS technology has evolved much like the iPhone. After the iPhone launched, it just kept building on itself and extending its capabilities to meet its customer needs and wants. Just like the iPhone, PROS is always evolving and always listening to our customers, while consistently proving that we’re here to stay. Lee says it better here.
